The case “Martha Stewart” illustrates a range of issues, but mostly this case exemplifies a serious violation of financial ethics, as followed by challenges of crisis leadership. Once you have completed your review of the case, please answer the following two (2) questions.
What role did Martha Stewart play in the organizational crisis of her company? Make sure you explain (in detail) her financial improprieties, and cite examples from the case to support your position.
Taking into consideration the strategic implication of the financial legal and ethical violations by Martha Stewart, her broker, and other character cited in the case study, what are the profit losses for the company? Was there a loss of competitive advantage for her company? Is there a potential for new competition? Can the company survive?

A folder has been provided for your use under “Assignments.” All papers must use APA format, submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. on Sunday November 29th, and no paper may exceed two (2) pages in length, excluding title page and cite page, if any. Any paper in excess of two (2) pages shall receive a deduction of five (5) points.
