Vegetarian and Vegan Sustainability
Write a paper on the topic of people who are vegetarian or vegan and how that is related to sustainability. Each pillar of sustainability (environmental, economic and social) will be addressed in detail in the paper as it relates to your chosen topic. Dive into the pros and cons of how these diets could help or hurt our efforts in these pillars of sustainability. Please use the rubric in how to outline the paper.

¡Environmental (Natural Environment):
1.Complete ecological units that function as natural systems without massive human intervention
2.This includes all vegetation, animals, microorganisms, soil, rocks, atmosphere and natural phenomena that occur within their boundaries
3.The natural environment is contrasted with the built environment, which comprises the areas and components that are strongly influenced by humans
¡Economic:
1.An economy (or “the economy”) is the realized economic system of a country or other area.
2.It includes the production, exchange, distribution, and consumption of goods and services of that area.
