Instructions

Using yours and your groupmates’ place papers, write an essay comparing and contrasting each of your experiences. Below is what I am looking for:

Note: Make sure it is, 3- 5 pages, that there are the direct quotes from your fellow students and that you are really specific.

Argument: While you may have chosen to make an argument, what I will be more interested in looking as is that you are able to think about the differences and similarities between your experiences and that of your fellow group-mates. This should be clear throughout the entire paper and clearly go back to the thesis throughout. It should also be well balanced and demonstrate that you have considered all of your sources.

Introduction: The introduction requires two key things, a compare thesis statement and a few sentences giving us the framework and the context for the paper itself.

Body Paragraphs: Body paragraphs must include clear transitions as well as stay focused on one topic at a time. They should also have a topic sentence, and work to analyze a part of the argument you are discussing.

2. What were the things the group disagreed on?

(Also use direct quotes from the other papers. This section should be three paragraphs at least)

Conclusion: Did your opinion of the activity change now that you have read your fellow group member’s review? Why or why not.

Sources: All group papers must be used.

Here is the correct way to write an MLA citation for your fellow students papers in a work cited page.

You will cite the sources in your paper just like you would a normal essay. Title in quotes last name and page number.

Three to Five FULL PAGES!
Page numbers.
Work cited.
