Imagine an organizational challenge such as social media policy enforcement, intergenerational ontologies or ways of seeing reality in the workforce, or even something as unique as the challenges to the adoption of body cameras on the part of law enforcement agencies. The point is to find an organizational challenge that may be highly specific to your profession (or your future profession).
