2. Analyze & Prioritize
Nursing Diagnosis
Summarize how the state health behavior rankings compare with other counties and the nation as a whole.
Based on your data analysis, prioritize one health behavior from the seven categories listed below.

Nutrition and Healthy Eating
Physical Activity
Tobacco Use
Sexual Health
Substance Abuse
Vaccinations
Identify the top priority health behavior your plan will address for improvement. Support your selection with your data analysis and findings using citations that correspond with references listed.
Name at least one of the Healthy People 2030 objectives that correspond with the prioritized health behavior for improvement.
Describe the relationship between socioeconomic and environmental factors and the target health behavior for improvement.
3. Develop Goals & Objectives
