The news regularly inundates us with stories of business executives practicing Workplace Deviance, which comes in many forms. It is so prevalently reported that we have come to believe that this is NORMAL behavior in business. The truth is that this is not the norm. Let me reiterate. Lying, cheating, stealing, and murdering ARE NOT THE NORM and should not be accepted as such. In fact, it is simply used by the media to improve their ratings – good news does not sell in our society. That is why there is no Good News Channel.I am taking this opportunity to stress to you that Integrity, Honesty, Humility, and an otherwise strong sense of Ethics is how we must approach business.
