Alignment of HR planning and selection to organizational strategy
In this discussion, you will demonstrate your understanding of the alignment between a company’s strategic direction and its HR planning and selection and the use of common methods used in selecting human resources and the degree to which each of the methods meets the demand of reliability, validity, generalizability, utility and legality.
