Scenario:
You are the communications manager for a large corporation. There are numerous laws regulating the treatment of employees that need to be understood to ensure the firm remains in compliance. Disregarding federal laws can have dire consequences on the operation of the firm as well as the employees. You have been assigned the task of creating the employee compliance page for the corporate website that can be archived for future use.
Select three of the laws that protect the rights of employees. Write an article that explains why each law was enacted and why it is important that management and employees have a full understanding of each of the selected laws.
