Building your brand
Review your Focus2 results and CliftonStrengths Insight Guide. Open the downloadable worksheet provided below. List 1 result from each category from your Focus 2 results (first 4 rows) and your CliftonStrengths (bottom 3 rows). Choose an adjective/keyword from the description of that result that most accurately describes you. Brainstorm 2-3 other words or phrases that communicate the same meaning. This will expand the language that you have available to describe yourself. Use a thesaurus or look up synonyms if you need assistance. Write down an example of when you have demonstrated the keywords you have listed. Integrate a result when possible. Develop a sentence you could use to explain this in your own words to someone else.
