contingency plans in hospitality industry

Create a contingency plan for what you will do if your department is forced to shut down to comply with new COVID-19 restrictions. There will be 3 subsections in this question. I want you to answer the following questions three times based on the amount of time your department will be closed. Please make sure each question is answered three times. The answers to each question should be at least 1 paragraph each.
– What do you need to do in terms of supplies for your department? Do you need to cancel orders, store supplies, give away items you have, etc.?
– What do you need to do for your employees? Will you need employees to come in for a certain period of time after the shutdown? When will they need to report back to work to re-open? What resources can you provide your employees while they are unemployed? Provide Nevada-based examples such as information on unemployment, food banks, etc.
