Court Decision Assignment – Assessment
Students will individually conduct an analysis of one court decision related to employee selection processes. Each student will prepare a PPT presentation, with talking points, that documents the circumstances leading up to the case, the decision and its bases, and subsequent effects of the decision.
5-7 PowerPoint slide presentation [excluding the cover page and reference page] with talking points. A minimum of three references should support this presentation.
