Customer Journey Requirements

You will be the “customer” in this assignment. Select one (1) Experience (Task) of the journey, you follow during the course of a week to ten days For example an Experience maybe shopping at CVS, Amazon, etc.). The Journey requirements:

A Product or Service you are currently using (current is 6 months or less).
Include steps, where appropriate, that are digital (desktop, mobile app, text. etc.)
Relatively easy for you to track and catalogue all steps.
Rich in Steps; a guideline 10 to 15, however yours may be a bit less or a bit more.
Different from your group member(s).[1]

CJM Timeline, Narrative and Graphic Development

CJM Timeline. This a list of Activities and Steps for your Journey. document.
CJM Narrative. This is a narrative (a story) of your journey, the heart of your discussion post.
The CJM Graphic is a visualization derived from your CJM Narrative and needs to be a high resolution image (visually clear, not blurry) If the entire map, all stages, cant’ be viewed clearly, you will need to create separate slides for EACH of the Before, During and After stages.
Convert one or more slides to an image by viewing the “How-To Video Create a CJM in PowerPoint and Convert to a JPEG Image” [1]
Post your CJM narrative in a condensed form in a way that does not compromise your journey story, approximately 300 words. Discussion forum participants will be able to click through Use your judgement. As an alternate, instead of a written narrative, you can record an audio file of your narration and attach it to your post.
Identify two steps in the CJM that are innovation opportunities, define the Innovation Type and briefly explain why.

Post Development – Links, Videos and Images

Insert the CJM graphic (or graphics if you have more than a single slide) in a JPEG file format. Having the graphic visible in your post helps participants better understand your Customer Journey Map. View the video below, How to Insert Videos and Images for a tutorial.
Option: If you recorded an audio file of your narration, attach the file to your post and no need to type your narrative
Copy your CJM Timeline, Narrative and Graphic shareable link and make it a descriptive link using this format: [Company Or Brand + “CJM Timeline/Narrative”]. For example “Nike CJM Timeline/Narrative. Having this link allows discussion forum participants to click through to see the actual work.
Post Length and Etiquette

Keep your response to a maximum of 3 paragraphs (350 +/- words total). (the best way to get word count is to first create your post in Word, since it provides a running total on the number of words).
Respond to a post that interests you, with a question or comment.
