Data Analysis & Dissemination of Information
This is based on the data analysis you plan to conduct. Based on all of the information you will be provided.
Clearly and concisely answer the following three questions:
1. Describe the type of data analysis you plan to conduct.
o If you anticipate using quantitative statistical analysis techniques provide a basic (not complicated) description of the variables you will analyze.
o If you intend to conduct qualitative data analysis; describe what type of information (e.g., themes or patterns in the data) that you anticipate will emerge from the data.
o If you are proposing a mixed method approach, describe the details for both previous bullet points.
2. Identify your plan for disseminating the results of your research that are appropriate for the professional practice setting you have selected (e.g., presentations at agency meetings attended by those whose practice or research can be guided by your findings, publications, etc.)
3. Briefly summarize how you believe this hypothetical research proposal would contribute to the following three areas:
o The lives of clients
o The setting where the services are taking place
o The existing body of applied social work research literature
EACH of these questions needs to be its own fully detailed idea. One paragraph will not work so strive for more detail. Remember to have an intro and conclusion paragraph. Be creative, think about the impact of the work, and remember what the issue you care about. Stay grounded and let me know if you need help.
Make Sure to Use APA Format
Format your paper using APA style guidelines. Make sure to provide appropriate citations, references, headers, and formatting. The page length should be enough to address and describe each section of the paper. Use 12 point font for the main body of the paper.
You will receive the following points based on the 1) clarity of your thought process and writing: 2) spelling, grammar, mechanics, and use of APA style; and 3) thoroughly addressing each of the five questions listed above.
