Do societies with higher levels of economic equality always have less effective markets

Last time I utilized this service I was quite dissatisfied with the content, especially the poor connection between the paragraphs, as the writer did not answer the question posed, but simply provided a recount of countries that experienced certain parameters, neglecting to connect the two factors, both how and to which extent the two affected one another (in this case, economic equality and an effective market)
Structure of the paper:
Introduction (incl. Line of Argument) 200-words ish
Line of argument: “This paper will argue that economic equality within a society…..”
14 body paragraphs:
Approximately ten 200-words argumentative paragraphs (for the Line of argument)
Approximately four 200-words refuting/counterargument paragraphs (that challenges the Line of argument)
Conclusion (that must sum up the most important arguments that highlight to what extent economic equality, in the different societies analyzed, hinders an effective market, if it does at all)
