As technology has become a major tool for us to interact with each other, which transmits information, content and emotion across border, timezones.
But how about émotion like love? Does virtual connection (social media, dating app etc) and global technological infrastructure and transmit love correctly and how it plays a major role in pandemic area that we see each other, notably family, lover and friends much less than often in social distancing during pandemic times.

I think you might start finding papers or sources from communication or IT studies on how social media / virtual channels help transmitting information, emotion, love, then use some papers from the psychology aspect to interpret love or dating in social media, how to find love, how to maintain love etc
