Each group will find 2 research studies published between 2009 and 2020 that evaluates an evidence-based program or intervention related to your population ( Immigration) You will read each study and analyze the findings and the study’s strengths and weaknesses. Research studies should come from peer-reviewed journals from social work or relevant disciplines. Do not include systematic reviews, meta-analyses or conceptual articles.

A brief summary of the instruments (standardized measures) used in the reviewed research studies, noting reliability and validity of the instruments (.5 – 1 page) (2 pts)
Summary of findings across the research studies and suggestions of how the findings can be incorporated into future evidence-based practice (.5 – 1 page) (2 pts)
A brief analysis of any ethical issues or sensitivity to diverse populations you identified (.5 page) (2 pts)
Implications of the study findings that can be used to inform and improve social work practice, policy, and service delivery with your population/issue (.5 page) (2 pts)

create a PowerPoint presentation including audio of their population and evidence-based practice findings from their chosen articles. The presentation should be informative and tailored to an audience of social workers who may be seeking to learn how to improve their practice, agency policy, or service delivery. The presentation should be no longer than 10 minutes and should include the following content:
(a) a description of your population (2 pts)
(b) the evidence-based practice you sought to understand by reviewing the research articles (2 pts)
(c) how the findings from the selected articles can be translated to inform and improve social work practice, policy, or service delivery with this population (2 pts)
