Hiring a candidate for a Nursing Home Administration position
Your paper has already been a work in progress. I would like you to take the job description and job posting that you have already done and expand on it by answering the questions listed below in your paper.
1. How would you recruit for this position using three different methods, Please explain why these methods are the best methods for this job position. ( Attach your resume with the suggested corrections I made on the one you submitted earlier).
2. What are two types of test would you use to pre-screen for the position and why do you think these tests would work for this position
3. What will you be looking for during the interview processes with the potential candidate
4. How will you train your new candidate and make sure they will keep current in their education of the job, continued training and competitive in their position over the next 1, 5 and 10 years.
5. Describe the method, frequency and who will be responsible for doing the appraisal for new employee. ( Add the appraisal you would use to the appendix)
6. How did you determine how you will compensate your new employee. Will they be an exempt or nonexempt employee and why?

Rubric for the above paper- This paper should be 5-6 pages in length not including the title page, reference page or the appendix pages. The paper must follow APA format with spacing, font and layout. References must be cited correctly in the body of the paper and written correctly on the reference page.
