Look for Tourism Impacts on Animals or people. Where does it work, where it does not work and why?  Are those tourism sites offering truly sustainable activities? Paper 3:        TOPIC: Paper Four: on a Website promoting Animals or people in Tourism. How do these tourism activities conflict with, improve or impact local communities and animals? Type a one-page paper review of website.

Paper 4:        TOPIC: Paper Five: Article on Climate change. Magazine or journal article should be concerning hotels or any other tourism venues that may be impacted by climate change. Type a one-page paper review of article on climate change connected to tourism and.

Paper 5:        TOPIC: Paper Six: Website on climate change impacts. Type a one-page paper review of article on climate change connected to tourism and be prepared to discuss your article in class. NASA, NOAA and the National Park Service all have excellent websites on climate change.

Paper 6:          TOPIC: Cruise ship activities, Nature tourism or other tourism activities in South American/Caribbean/Central America. Paper two should be on the impact of tourism, such as economic impacts, in South America or the Cruise ship industry in the Caribbean. Find and read a magazine or journal article. Type a one page paper review of article. This article should be on impacts of cruise ships, Nature tourism or any South America tourism activity. For example, you may choose Sporting events and their related tourism activities impacts on local populations. The Caribbean Cruise ship industry or recent sporting events in South America are acceptable tourism examples you may explore.

Paper 7:          TOPIC: A website of Nature Tourism or Eco-tourism or adventure tourism located in the Pacific region. This means any country that touches the Pacific Ocean. Pick a website on an International tourism activity in the Pacific Ocean region. Type a one page paper review of the website and present that website in class. This website should be on a country or tourist activity such as the dive industry located in the Pacific.

Paper 8:           TOPIC: Adult tourism or Olympics/Sporting events/Festivals in Asia, Europe or anywhere in the world. Type a one page paper review of a Magazine or journal article on these tourism activities.

Paper 9:          TOPIC: Dark/Death Tourism or Terrorism’s impacts on tourism in Europe or Middle-east or worldwide. Type a one page paper review of a Magazine or journal article on Europe or the Middle–east tourism impacts.

Paper 10:  TOPIC: Your Choice, Any international tourism topic. You may select any article or website on any international tourism topic or country that you are interested in exploring more or one of the recommended films. Again any article OR a review of one of the following films can be used for this assignment. You may review to understand the importance of international sports, the film Invictus; or for a better understanding of international terrorism, the film Munich, for an understanding of the impacts of war on tourism, Monument’s Men or the recent film, Eye in the Sky on fighting terrorism.
