Instructions:
1)A Human Relations Position Paper should represent a critical analysis of those factors that have brought you to this point in your life and have made you what you are. It should include your plans for the future.
2)No one but you and the instructor will read your position paper, unless you show it to someone else. This paper is completely confidential.
3)Use the following guideline/outline below. It is only a guide, you can add or delete whatever items you choose.
4)Anything that helps you arrive at your position and chart your course of action (from poetry to pictures to words) is acceptable.
5)The length of this paper is 5 pages minimum and 10 maximum.

Beginning (0 point— 5+ errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, mechanics, and organization)
Developing (1 points—3-4 errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, mechanics, and organization)
Accomplished (4 points—1-2 errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, mechanics, and organization)
Distinguished (6 points— no errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, mechanics, and organization)

Understanding (staying on topic, topic was relevant to the content of the course, at least 5 pages)
Beginning (0 point— Did not follow instructions)
Developing (3 points—3-4 errors following instructions)
Accomplished (5 points— 1-2 errors following instructions)
Distinguished (7 points— clearly understood instructions and grasped concept of assignment)

Quality (execution of content, application of ideas, flow of paper, maximum 10 pages)
