For this assignment, select a budgeting process from the information provided in the weekly introduction that is or can be used in an institution of your choosing. Then, prepare a PowerPoint presentation for your department administration that addresses the following:
Present the justification of the process you chose to those who will be asked to implement the system you propose.
Describe the function of the budget and the process being used.
Explain the advantages of the process chosen and any limitations you see in applying it locally.
Address how this process will handle unforeseen contingencies.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least three scholarly
resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
Length: 12 slides (with a separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 100-150 words for each slide
