Internal Review Board application packet
I am needing some revisions done to my IRB proposal application packet. The document has comments in the margins that need to be addressed. My reference section will also need to be redone with unnecessary sources (ones that aren’t listed in the application) removed and then the reference section fixed APA style. The appendix section also needs to be completed. I have the forms that need to be added to that section, plus I can provide the thesis proposal if needed. If the extra forms cost extra money that will be fine with me. The order of the forms in the application packet needs to be fixed as well. I can copy and paste the email my professor wrote to me with further instructions. If those instructions are followed, the paper should be great and there will be a nice bonus added to the fee.
