This journal should be submitted when you are half-way and at the end of your preceptor hours and should include all of the outlined requirements which include:

· A reflection of how you are accomplishing your objectives your outlined at the beginning – 25 points possible
· A summary of what has been positive and what you still need to work on as far as accomplishing your objectives – 25 points possible

My answer for this question is I learned about TPN infusion, Picc line dressing change, wound care and documentation please add detail
