Copyright laws don’t effectively stop the online privacy and benefit neither consumer nor the company.
In this article, you need to argue that law enforcement (e.g Stop Online Piracy Act) cannot effectively inhibit online piracy. Online piracy has long been a problem for information security. Government always tend to use law enforcement to suppress the spread of online privacy. But due to studies, there is little relationship between law enforcement and online piracy. Some papers argue that law should keep up with the development of online piracy. Some papers argue that it’s the market that actually drives down the copyright infringement. Some papers outline that there are potential alternative solutions (which we haven’t gone deep into the paper yet). We want to find the flaws in law enforcement in different countries and discuss what possible alternate solutions are out there for people to use to protect copyright.

There are a lot of interesting topics in the relationship between copyright enforcement and protection and economics. THIS IS AN ECNOMIC PAPER, NOT LAW PAPER. You should NOT focusing too much on enforcement. I would recommend to think on the incentives that drive those enforcement actions, and who should be the parties driving the enforcement.
Because this is a group project, most of the part should be the INTRODUCTION & CONCLUSION, with LIMITATION.
