Lean Production
I need an essay and a presentation similar to the one that attached but it should be a case study, and it should be about another company that implemented the lean production.
The presentation should including:
1- Write A brief about Company that had ben choose like (location ,CEO ,Revenue ,Number of employees,….) information should be in a bullet points
2- The company you choose should had implemented the
8 wastes that are below:
Eight commonly recognized sources of waste
1-Overproduction
2-Waiting
3-Unnecessary transportation
4-Inappropriate process
5-Unnecessary inventory
6-Unnecessary/excess motion
7-Defects
8-Underutilization of employees
3- I need the different before and after the implementation of lean production of the company.
4- I need the advantages of the system regarding the operation and supply chain and how it did affect on the
improving of the company performance and how it is was being successful.
5- write about the company if it is manufacturer company . service provider , supplier , distributor
or retailer.
