. Literature Review (Research) Paper. In this course, we examine concepts of management as they apply to family life, day-to-day encounters, and household organization. Given our current economic times, you are going to write a paper detailing what you find in the literature (not what you think or believe, but what the experts say?) about the greatest family resource management issue facing American families today (it is not your personal opinion, but the experts’ opinions). What personal-kinds opinion should be given in the paper is your proposal what do experts say what can be done about it and then you state how you agree or disagree with the experts on the solutions and why to do so? You will need to apply the theories and concepts learned in your textbook as well as incorporate information from AT LEAST 2 other sources. The introduction should be a brief summary of what you are going to write about. Your introduction should briefly describe the greatest issue facing families and an explanation of why you chose it. The body of your paper should back up your introduction. Use your research to thoroughly discuss and explain the issue you chose. You should also answer these questions:

(a) What makes FRM to be the most important matter to the American family dynamics (not you personally but what your resources, articles, etc. say)? Site sources. For example, Adams (2009) suggests… or Financial experts say, money management is the number one issue American family members argue about (Ramsey, 2013).

(b) Propose a solution: describe and give two examples of what can be done about the issue? (Your personal take but should be backed up by the sources, literature, textbook, etc. site WHEN you mention the sources).
(c) How does the literature or media on FRM present some other challenges that contribute to the issue you chose?

(d) In conclusion, summarize & say what was the most interesting thing you learned from writing this paper & why?

(e) The paper must be 5 (five not 6 not 4, but exactly 5 pages with all lines filled in on the 5th page) double-spaced pages, NOT including the title and reference page. No Abstract needed. APA format required. Your textbook is the main source for this paper, along with the textbook, please, find AT LEAST two (2) other scholarly articles/textbooks.

(f) You may NOT use Psychology Today, Redbook, Huffington Post, Wikipedia, WebMD, or similar sources for your material. Instead, use Google Scholar or Library Resources and Databases.

1. What problems make family resource management (FRM) to be the most important issue to American families? What do experts say? What theory can be used to describe the issue you found? Cite in-text your sources. Put them on the Reference page.

2. Describe and give examples of what can be done about the issue according to the experts, give in-text citation of the experts’ conclusions. Only then…

3. In your opinion, what are some other challenges that contribute to the issue you chose?

Paper Format and Mechanics. No Abstract needed. Paper was well organized and easy to follow. The cover page, paper body, in-text citations, and Reference list were in the correct APA format. Paper was exactly 5 pages, double-spaced, 1-inch margins, and in Times New Roman styles, size 12 font. Note: Each line that does not complete the 5th page will acquire -1 point up to -8 pts. Each line that goes on page 6 of the text will acquire -1 pt up to -8 pts. Note2: The title page and the References page do not count into the total of 5 pages limit.
