Marketing business plan
Now need submit chap 1&2, but i need help further elaborate/ amend on 1.3.4, 2.2 & 2.3 only. So i’ts about 3 pages
i m weak in marketing knowledge, so i need writer who r specialized can give me ideas and write in the business plan. Second would be check the grammar, punctuation and sentence construction… too
The company (selling healthy food/snacks in packaging) has set up online marketplace last year march.
NOW the business plan focus on
1. Marketing strategies to increase profit & sales
Besides sponsored targeted advertisement (need further elaborate the process in chap3 strategy), kindly suggest other marketing strategies.
My suggestion:
a) crossover marketing with other partners/suppliers who selling flowers/ gift/ b) expand business sell in supermarket chains
2. Increase sales from RM85,000 to RM200,000 in 6 month
3. Upskill employees to post Covid era
a) Prepare to be able compete with competitors, include unique ideas to create brand awareness.
b) Increase employee performance, so the company can grow and expand the seize in next 2 years.
