Organizational Xenophobia: Effects of Leadership with Moderation of Satisfaction with Life: A field study in the Sam

(1) The paper apparently refers to Turkey. However, this is never addressed directly, but indirectly through the nature of the source references. The authors should explicitly refer to the context of the study from the beginning.

(2) The authors are quick to discuss in the introduction which sub-dimensions of paternalistic leadership style influence which type of xenophobia. First of all, it would be appropriate to provide an overview of why a paternalistic leadership style should have an effect at all and via which mechanisms this effect is transferred from the leaders to the followers.

(3) The moderation on life satisfaction seems to me to go beyond the theoretical framework. It is not introduced well. Why is life satisfaction suddenly added when it is actually about leadership style and xenophobia. Is that important to the main message of the paper? If not, please delete.

(4) Table 1 should be reformatted so that it is easy to read. Moreover, it is not clear to what extent the multiple dimensions in Table 1 actually contribute to the generation of the hypotheses. Here, I would like to see a more stringent, detailed derivation.

(5) The connection to life satisfaction does not seem to me to be very purposeful. Moreover, the entire literature on happiness economics is missing here. Either this debate is integrated, or the authors delete this chapter and the corresponding evaluations in favour of the detailed hypothesis derivation on xenophobia.

(6) Please explain in more detail that the response is representative of the population.

(7) The entire statistical results need to be revised. Please integrate the variable name, i.e. a verbal abbreviation of the constrict or measurement, so that the tables become readable. When documenting the results, please follow the standards in scientific journals.

(8) The factor statistics should be output sorted by factor loading. In addition, it must be clear from which factor loading results are suppressed.

(9) Moreover, no correlation analysis should be the output, but a multivariate regression analysis with control variables. Xenophobia is the only dependent variable; the rest is included as independent variables. Only then do the results become interpretable.
