-The needed paper will be part two of the assignment, to make one completed assignment. ***The first part I provided must be merged with the second half you will be writing. You must turn in one cohesive paper.

RESULTS:
-Describe the results without interpretation. In this case you will report how you fared with the SMART goal plan proposed in the proposal paper. Include any information your tracked regarding your process and progress. (Feel free to make this up, because I did not do any actual experiment). CONTACT ME IF YOU NEED MORE INFORMATION.

ANALYSIS:
SMART Goal: Close the loop on the SMART goals outlined in the Personal Change Project submission. Do the final results align with the proposed SMART plan?
Evaluate your change results according to your selected change model (from the conceptual framework). How do your results align with the components/dimensions of your selected model?
How do your understanding of the SMART evaluation and your selected change model answer your proposed research question
DISCUSSION: Compare your results with what your expectations and previous literature. Consider the following questions
Were the results anticipated?
Are your results consistent with previous literature? Do the approaches or results of previous studies align with your inquiry?
What factors did you find in previous literature that may have contributed to inclusive or unanticipated results in your personal change exploration?
How do your results connect to what we already know about change theory?
What are the implications of your results for change managers and change leaders?
LIMITATIONS: What were the limiting factors in this project that may have impacted the results
RECOMMENDATIONS: Based on what you learned from this project and its results, what recommendations do you have for practitioners – change managers and change leaders specifically, but also business and/or organizational leaders in general. What recommendations to you have for organizational change researchers?
