Position Paper

Minor Project 2 is a 2,000-word position paper. The purpose of a position paper is to generate support on an issue. It describes a position on an issue and the rational for that position. The position paper is based on facts that provide a solid foundation for your argument. You should have four or more academic references and your paper should be in APA format.
The following structure is typical of a position paper: 1. An introduction (ID the issue, state your position); 2. The body (Background information, supporting evidence or facts, discussion of both sides); and 3. A conclusion (Final position, suggested courses of action or solutions).

For this project presume you are a consultant working on contract for a large Human Resource Management Advocacy Group and you have been asked to write a position paper describing what companies need to do in the next 15 years to provide equity and voice to Millennial Generation employees and what the future role of unions might be. Please address the attitudes, values, and needs of Millennials.
The audience for this paper will include HRM vice-presidents, Union leaders, CEO’s, and Millennials.

Use the content from Chapters 1-11 of the textbook.
