Processes of Project Management and how it is conducted in real business organizations
Processes are Project Scope Management, Project Schedule Management, Project Cost Management, Project Risk Management, Project Resource Management
write a 3 to 5 page double-spaced paper with 1″ margins on one or more of the Planning Process Group Processes defined in the Project Management.
The paper will focus on how that particular process is (or processes are) actually conducted in a real business organization.
Students must include at least two of the following types of sources:
internet site
trade magazine
academic journal
conference paper
person who performs the process.
The paper should be written in research paper style with an introduction, conclusion, title page and works cited page.
Points for the extra credit paper will be based on the following:
• Following directions: Addressing all the points outlined in the project description.
• Effort: Doing all the work necessary, even if some of the content is not quite on target.
• Clarity of expression: Are the ideas clear and to the point?
• Application of class concepts: Were class concepts correctly used and often?
• Logic of rationale: Are the conclusions justified? Do examples back up the ideas presented?
• Writing skills: Is there proper use of grammar, spelling, punctuation & sentence structure?
