Research Critique (Scholarly paper)
Below are the Instructions for the assignment. Please note, I will attach the article needed for this assignment. It is an article on a qualitative research study. This assignment needs to be 2-3 pages of written words, a title page, reference page, and a research critique grid that I will attach as well. The grid must be filled out relative to the article.

Assignment 2: Research Critique (12 points)
Assignment Instructions:
For this assignment, students will critique either a quantitative or a qualitative research article. Select one of the articles posted in Week 4 Module.
Assignment Criteria:
Select a research article provided in the Week 4 Module.
Copy and paste the appropriate research critique grid found in Week 4 into a new Word document.
Complete each section of the research critique grid. The “Analysis” section of the research critique grid should be specific. Use bullet points for this section and support each yes/no analysis with comments.
Critique the article and include the strengths and weaknesses.
The research critique grid should be added as an appendix to this paper.
The scholarly paper should be in narrative format 2-3 pages, excluding the title, reference and appendix pages.
Include an introductory paragraph, purpose statement, body (summary page) and a conclusion.
Include level 1 and 2 headings to organize the paper.
Write the paper in third person, not first person (meaning do not use ‘we’ or ‘I’) and in a scholarly manner. To clarify: I, we, you, me, our may not be used. In addition, describing yourself as the researcher or the author should not be used.
Include the chosen article in the reference page.
APA format is required (attention to spelling/grammar, a title page, a reference page, and in-text citations).
Submit the assignment to Turnitin prior to the final submission, review the originality report, and make any needed changes.
Submit by the posted due date.
