Shopping Center Plan with Original Retail Establishment
This project will be a 10-page report (minimum 350 words per page) worth up to 50 points. Students will create their own retailer, and then select an existing shopping center to put it in. Present the report as a PDF document or PowerPoint presentation. The paper should be written as one comprehensive report. Below is the outline.

The report was typed and well organized. All five points on the outline were discussed. All seven stages in the Strategic Retail Planning Process were described clearly. The content was accurate, complete, and provided convincing evidence that the proposed retail establishment met the criteria of a standard retailer as described by the textbook. The report included 3 key components: 1) description of selected shopping center, 2) in-store and online options, and 3) the retailer’s website. The report was 10 full pages (at least 350 words per page).

The report contains a vast amount of business vocabulary from course materials and relates to the given topic. Terms are used appropriately and accurately.
Language Usage/Format
The report’s format was well organized with an introduction, body, and conclusion. It included visuals for the retailer’s website.
