Review two recent bills you have received from service businesses, such as cell phone bills, Internet service, credit cards or car servicing. For example, if you are a T-Mobile customer, take a look at the items on a recent statement and describe the clarity of the items which make up the amount you owe; compare that to another service, a TD bank statement, for example, and describe the clarity of the items which make up the amount you owe. In both cases describe your level of understanding and confidence in services you are receiving and how that compares to your sense of value as a consumer. Do either of these service providers go out of their way to be sure you are comfortable with the pricing and billing? If yes, provide an example. (If not, provide an example.) This assignment does not require you to disclose any personal information. It is focused on the line items you are paying for (or not, if included in a special rate or tiered pricing privilege) and your perception on the pricing complexity and clarity. After doing this exercise, share your insights in the conclusion.
