Staffing in a Human Services Setting

Conduct external research and select a Human services agency that currently serves the minority profile I’ve selected. Then, do your best to find out how the organization is staffed. (Hint: this can often be conducted by going to the agency’s website). After reviewing the staff, share if you believe the organization is appropriately staffed to serve the minority population, e.g., personnel embedded similar to the minority population’s ethnicity, gender, education level applicable, etc.
