Section 1: Strengths Based Assessment. This section serves as your opening. Explain the strengths based assessment and its purpose (as if you are explaining it to someone who knows nothing about the importance)

Explain these strengths, reflect on these strengths (what are they, do you agree, how are they revealed in your personal/professional life, etc.)

Section 3: Professional Scenario: Knowing your strengths is beneficial in your academic scholarship, personal relationships, and professional career. Choose one of the following scenarios and write a paragraph relevant to one prompt.

Write to a prospective employer: Write a well-developed paragraph that names one of your strengths, defines it, and highlights at least two relevant properties of that talent/strength. Be sure to include a specific example that illustrates that you do possess that strength. NOTE: You are selling yourself here. Make sure the focus is on your strength (not on describing the job opportunity)
Write to your teammates: Your professor or employer has divided everyone into work teams to complete a group project. Write a well-developed paragraph that describes how you will benefit the team. Names one of your strengths, define it, and highlight at least two relevant properties of that talent/strength and how it will benefit the team. Be sure to include a specific example that illustrates that you do possess that strength. NOTE: You are selling yourself here. Make sure the focus is on your strength (not on the project description).

Section 4: Strengths in My Personal and Professional Life: Discuss how you will use your “strengths” for success — discuss how your strengths support/will support your career plans (current or future).
