Thesis in PhD in Business Administration

I am looking for an expert and professional designer have experience in business administration & technologies who can write three chapters of PhD thesis (41,000 words), I have tried to collect most of the required data and wrote around 60,000 words, but I could not complete the thesis because I have many design errors, I want someone who knows how to write three chapters of thesis very professionally as per my ideas in attached files.

Summary of Thesis: “This study was motivated by to assess and investigate determine the role of utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) & Advanced Meters System (AMS) in Omani Electricity DISCOS and its relationship to improving the performance and reduce Aggregate Technical and Commercial Losses (AT & C Losses), also to assess the inability by electricity utilities to embrace power distribution and supply technologies in the country despite numerous trials. Electricity utility companies in the global have leveraged power of technology already. Oman can learn from these countries on the use of ICT & AMS to improve its distribution system. The harnessing of these technologies can help Omani Electricity DISCOS to reduce their AT& C losses and enhance their financial wellness. It has become necessary to assesses technology utilization in power distribution. The focus should be on the specific aspects affecting the adoption and diffusion of AMS in Omani Electricity DISCOS. The findings of this research on the adoption and diffusion of AMS among Oman Electricity DISCOS to reduce AT&C Losses, improve performance and customer satisfaction in Omani Electricity DISCOS.”

I try to write PhD thesis, I wrote 60,000 words in attached file, but I have multiples mistakes which cannot complete my thesis as per best PhD writing thesis practices. My problem with the search was I could not coordinate the main aspects of the research, because I could not properly design (Research Methodology, Literature Review & Introduction) of and link it to the problem, and also I could not coordinate write & link Problem Statement with Research Questions, Research Objectives, Hypothesis of Study and design Research Methodology & Research Framework.

Diagrams of Framework of study: Should to be included.
Red texts: not correct & Incompatible &with thesis & mandatory to change as best PhD practices.

Note: My University didn’t accept the current Research Methodology because what I wrote not match with Introduction & Literature Review, So you should design and write Research Methodology as per black text in Introduction & Literature Review. I cannot complete the Introduction & Literature because I don’t know how to design Research Methodology for my thesis. So, please focuses on Research Methodology and find best practices of Research Methodology.

7- Writing Survey Questionnaire:
The new design after restructure should be:
Survey Questionnaire: Should to be 1500 words (around six pages).
My problem: I cannot complete write good and correct Survey Questionnaire as well, because I cannot design Introduction, Research Methodology & Literature Review.
Your task to write best 1500 words to answers the questions of thesis & got objectives.
