You are welcome to write about a specific traditional healing practice, its origins, and its place in the current environment. Alternatively, you are invited to write about approaches to health and healing based on culture, ethnicity, geographic region, and/or similar factors. We are also open to papers addressing vulnerable populations that may have unique views or experiences with health and services delivery, as with transgender health, migrant populations, etc.

Describe the history and prevalence of this practice or view.
Outline the factors that promote or impede alignment of this practice/cultural view with allopathic approaches to health services delivery.
