More specifically, you need to analyze (1) the impact of structural and procedural changes of public budgeting reforms, (2) the impact of political, economic, and social constraints on the budgetary process, (3) the impact of major stakeholders, and (4) the role of public budgeting in managing public sector organizations and their impact domestically and/or internationally.
