Discuss four examples of what HR, as a strategic business partner, can do to contribute to the overall success of the organization

Skills for Successful HRM – What skills or attributes do you think are important for success in HR Management? Provide clear descriptions of five skills and an example of how each could be demonstrated by an HR Professional.

Demographic Issues – Elaborate on three issues that are likely to arise in today’s workplace related to Demographics as discussed in our class. Why might these issues be a concern to employees and/or managers? Have any of these issues changed your way of thinking about the workplace – explain?

Conclusion – a short summary of your paper
